16 Days 2 Year 5: A Photographic Journey

Egania Street, lower 9th ward – still to this day, it is extremely difficult to navigate some neighborhoods because of the loss of street signs. Many are makeshift wooden planks like this one, or the street name is spray painted on the light poles.

I will give credit to the Landrieu administration, so many more streets are now adorned with the familiar New Orleans blue metal street sign than before.
